How do I post a question on another country's yahoo answers in another language?

I want to post my question on Yahoo Taiwan, but I don’t remember any Mandarin. I think my question about a movie I saw in Taiwan might be answered better there. I just can’t read or write Mandarin anymore. Is there an easy way to do it?
