the employment decided to extend my probation period for 1 more month. I feel like I’m being cheated. Their excuse was that I do not speak mandarin, yet they hired me. I want to quit now and leave them high and dry. Can i do it without giving a 2 week notice?
How would this effect my future employment with other companies?
