Here’s the catch:
I can only take Mandarin up to Level II (which is I’m presuming the elementary level) but I can take German up to Level IV (which is I’m guessing high intermediate?)
That being said, If I’m going to learn a language, I might as well learn it to near fluency level and not just the basics right? But, I’ve really wanted to learn Chinese for a long time now and this could be my chance! What do I do?
