How to translate using English letters or Mandarin characters (but Yahoo might not let the characters all show). I want to say this:
I bought a product off Ebay from China and it was supposed to come with instructions but it didn’t. The product has a mode button on it and I don’t know how to use it. I left neutral feedback and they want me to remove the neutral feedback and then they say they will send me a manual. But I feel it is more fair they email or snail mail be a copy of the manual and then I will remove the neutral feedback. But they don’t understand my English but I can tell they are really trying. Thanks.
