I recently got a pair of mandarin ducks. I had my pen all set up and I thought it was predator proof. Well I guess not….something killed and pulled the drake right through the chain link. Anyways I fixed up the fence but there is still the hen left in there all alone. I am going to get some other ducks to keep her company.
My question…Should I even bother buying a single mandarin drake? Will she ever pair up with another duck? She is an 09 bird so still young. Please only answer if you know what your talking about! These are not your normal domestic ducks!
