I have the utmost respect for people who can switch from language to language without any problem. Once, I was on a tour in Spain, and the tour guide gave the tour in 4 different languages due to the group we were with….English, Spanish, French, and German. Pretty cool!
My DH speaks Mandarin fluently mostly with his family, but he speaks English perfectly too, and you’d never know he wasn’t born in the U.S.
