In taiwan, if you can’t/don’t speak mandarin, more or less you’re looked down upon… In Japan, if you can’t/don’t speak japanese, more or less you’re looked down upon… but how come in the Philippines…If you can’t/don’t speak tagalog(and other filipino languages)…you’re looked up upon?

Pay sites are OK if they’re worthwhile. Does anybody have any experience?
