I’ve taken Chinese (Mandarin) for three years in high school and I’m about to start my fourth. I know enough to talk to people and understand most of what’s being said in Chinese/Taiwanese dramas. Do I have to take the same foreign language in college, and also, what’s the difference between high school Chinese and college Chinese?
