For people who can speak mandarin…how is hui being used here?

wǒ shīmián wúliáo de yèlǐ
chángcháng huì dǎ gěi nǐ

It’s from a song (wo de nan peng you by elva hsiao) and i’m trying to learn mandarin, so I was just wondering why the huì is used there…also does dǎ mean call? It isn’t there in the dictionary I’m using. (btw, I got these lyrics from https://community.livejournal.com/chinesesongs/51860.html in case you need a better context)

And one more question… what are other ways in which we can use huì?
