I’ve been watching this Taiwanese drama called: "Fated to Love You" and I noticed that when they talk (btw- it’s in mandarin) i can’t tell the tone difference. Is it different for people in Taiwan? I’ve heard people really pronounce with the tones, and some people that skip on it …
