trying to find the best online course to learn mandarin chinese – any suggestions?

How do you say "what are their names" in Mandarin? Or, well, how do you say they? I know it’s something like ni jiao shen me ming zi?

Ok, Next year I want to continue my study in Taiwan… It’s possible if I can learn how to speak Mandarin clearly in only 1 year?? Or it’s alright if I postpone continue my study in university for 1 or 2 years??
