I am saving money to learn mandarin in China. Someone mentioned Kunming- however, I don’t have any idea of whether that place is suitable for a foreigner studying Mandarin. I look Chinese by the way but I grew up int he Philippines. I need a place which is economical and will fit my low budget. I need a place which will enable me to maximize Chinese language education. Hope you can help me!
