My partner was attacked by my neighbour a few weeks ago and this video is the only evidence I have on him. It’s not of the attack but moments afterwards. Can you help interpret what they are saying? Do they confess to the attack? They are Chinese and are definitely speaking Mandarin.
The police won’t charge him unless I can get evidence or a witness. Please, this is my last chance!!!
