According to a text book, this pinyin;
"Lǐ, nǐ bāng wǒ jiào ba."
should be translated in English as;
A) "Li, why don’t you order".
Let me give you the context: two guys are at a restaurant. One of them can’t decide what to tell the waiter, so he tells his friend (Li) to just go ahead and order, thus "Lǐ, nǐ bāng wǒ jiào ba."
But I think it would be best translated into English as:
B) "Li, help me order"
Do you think sentence A is correct or sentence B?

I think that there is something wrong with this pinyin sentence:
"Nǐmen xiǎng diǎn shénme?" supposedly it means "You want to order something", but "diǎn" =/= "order"…if you don’t believe me look at this link:

So, if we want to translate "You want to order something" is should be:
"Nǐmen xiǎng jiào shénme?" in other words, replace "diǎn" with "jiào", am I correct??
