Best and cheapest way to learn how to read/write Mandarin when you already know how to speak/listen?

I already know how to speak/listen Mandarin, but what’s the fastest and cheapest way to learn how to read and write Mandarin? I know Rosetta Stone is an option but I already know how to speak/listen and it’s extremely expensive!
