i have to learn mandarin and im just wondering how hard a language it is.i learn irish and german in school,and i dont find languages that easy.is there genders for nouns like german?are there different cases?and obviously the writing and reading will be a challenge.how good should i be after two years?
i will not be learming it just from a book,i will be living in china.
