I’m Mennonite-Canadian female living in Richmond and I find when I work at a bank, I’m able to converse to people 1on1 in English ( I don’t understand Cantonese/Mandarin) but when it comes to talking, they talk in Chinese only, or when I start talking to them when they are speaking "Chinglish" they switch to talking in Chinese only.
