I want to work for the government. Should I learn Arabic, Mandarin or Russian?

I’m not really interested in business, more in international relations with the government… I’m thinking FBI, CIA, DoD, other bureaucratic agencies. Which would be the best and why? I’ll be buying Rosetta Stone and possibly studying abroad.

Are there any places to learn Mandarin or Korean in the North Bay?
