How can I learn Mandarin(a form of chinese language) fluently fast, and how long would it take?

i really want to learn mandarin(a form of chinese language), and i want to be able to speak it fluently as soon as i can. can anyone give me some sites or recommend some ways of learning it plz. and how long wud it take?
