Hi, I’m Jennifer.
As for a good site to learn Mandarin Chinese, I’d love to say eChineseLearning: https://www.echineselearning.com/?ecl=ptEEEEEEyh072202. eChineseLearning is the world’s premier online language school, they provide the best Chinese language education service worldwide and always focus on the needs of customers and offer them effective and enjoyable Chinese language learning experience. You may have a look.
By the way, they also provide all kinds of free Chinese learning materials with free audios for language learners. Such as popular Chinese words, Chinese stories, Chinese idioms and so on. You may have a look:

Hello!
Well, there are two websites I know that are good for students of Mandarim. One of them is http://www.chinesewithmike.com. Mike is a funny guy and he has a fun method of teaching Chinese. He says he wants to be known as the coolest Chinese teacher in the world. The another website is http://www.yoyochinese.com. This website is of a teacher from China who is now living in Los Angeles. She is a host for the TV show "Hello Hollywood" which is presented in Mandarin. See her Youtube channel.(https://www.youtube.com/user/sloppycheng). There are lots of videos about the Chinese language there. I don’t know if you are a man but I think she’s beautiful. That’s a good thing too.(Sorry about my English. I’m brazilian).
